Professionals in the Pilbara
Ngala visited Karratha, Roebourne, Wickham, Dampier, Hedland, Pannawonica and Newman in 2008 and 2009, with visits planned for 2010.
Ngala provides Professional Education in areas of early parenting and development of young children for community organisations, professionals and students.
Ngala supports existing community early years programs through partnerships with Dept of Education, Disability Services, Dept of Health, businesses, community organisations, childcare providers, Dept of Justice, indigenous organisations, Division of General Practice, shires, churches, playgroups, Communities for Children and other non government not for profit organisations.

Professionals are welcome to also attend any of the parent education workshops during the Ngala visit to the Pilbara. Bookings may be required, see the individual flyers via the Ngala in the Pilbara page.

Growing Baby
For parents with babies 3 months to 7 months of age. 2 hour workshop. Parents come to gain knowledge, learn from other parents and share their experiences. In this workshop we provide information on the essential developmental changes that are occurring in your child’s brain and how this dramatically impacts on sleep/awake time for everyone. This workshop explores approaches parents can use to make as they move through this exciting and exhausting stage. Babies under 7months welcome to attend.
