Dad's Time Fathering Sessions

This is a workshop for Dads to obtain information and discuss aspects of parenting and family life. The themes include sleep, play, understanding your baby's language, how your baby's brain develops, balancing work and family as well as managing relationships.

The Hey Dad WA Fatherhood Sessions will be based around one of the following themes:

• Sleep
• Baby’s Learning (early brain development)
• Infant Communication
• Play - more about Dads and Play
• Family life

The discussions include topics like:

• How different types of play builds a wide range of skills in children.
• How your baby learns to sleep.
• Toilet education.
• Balancing the demands of work and getting time with your new baby.
• Changes in your relationship with your partner.
