Conditions of the Waitlist

It is your responsibility as the applicant to contact the Service on a regular basis (every 4-6 weeks) to confirm your interest in maintaining a position on the waitlist.  If no contact is made with the Service, your application becomes invalid.

Please Note: the service can not give you information on how your application is progressing or when a space will be available for your child/ren. Priority of Access must be given to children in keeping with the guidelines of the Commonwealth Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations to maintain our eligibility for Child Care Benefit.  The Service will contact you once a position becomes available.
