Antenatal Classes
Antenatal classes are focussed on preparing
you for childbirth. Early on in your pregnancy you can attend
a session to guide you through a happy, healthy term.
When you are further along, classes have more of an emphasis on preparing for labour, the birth and the transition to parenthood.
Classes are usually conducted by a midwife and a physiotherapist.
Ngala's Hey Dad WA team is involved with antenatal classes at King Edward Memorial Hospital and Osborne Park Hospital.

Growing Baby
For parents with babies 3 months to 7 months of age. 2 hour workshop. Parents come to gain knowledge, learn from other parents and share their experiences. In this workshop we provide information on the essential developmental changes that are occurring in your child’s brain and how this dramatically impacts on sleep/awake time for everyone. This workshop explores approaches parents can use to make as they move through this exciting and exhausting stage. Babies under 7months welcome to attend.
