What is MyTime?

MyTime is a facilitated, peer support program for parents and carers of children with disabilities, chronic health conditions and other high/complex needs.

MyTime Groups provide a space for parents and carers to come together, to share their stories, to take part in self-care activities and to gain information about parenting and caring for their child.

Who is MyTime for?

Any parent or carer of a child (up to the age of 16) who has a disability, chronic health condition or other complex need. Play Helper supervision is provided for children up to school age, children attending the group are the responsibility of their parent / carer at all times. Groups are open to parents from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Where are the groups located?

There are many groups based all over Western Australia. Follow this link to the MyTime site to see where your local MyTime group is.
