What is MyTime?
MyTime is a peer support program for parents and carers of children with disabilities, chronic health conditions and other high/complex needs.
MyTime aims to enhance parent, carer and family wellbeing through the provision of peer support groups. The groups aim to provide a space for parents and carers to come together, to share their stories, to take part in self care activities and to gain information about parenting and caring for their child.

Play Helper supervision is provided for children up to school age, children attending the group are the responsibility of their parent / carer at all times. Groups are open to parents from a diverse range of backgrounds.
