Families can contact Ngala Helpline and request a callback by completing and submitting the online form below. Before sending your contact request, please note the following:
- Ngala Helpline can provide a 15 minute phone discussion to assist you with problem solving immediate parenting issues and provide information and additional contacts that may be helpful.
- This service is available to families with children 0 to 6 who reside or work in Western Australia.
- You will receive return contact within 48 hours of sending your request. Should a more immediate response be required please phone the Helpline 8am to 8pm.
- The Ngala Helpline will make 2 attempts to contact you. If you have not received a call within 48 hours please submit a further request or call the Helpline on 1800 111 546 or 9368 9368.
- For a more detailed consultation about parenting or understanding your child`s development ask the Helpline about a telephone consultation. In this consultation one of Ngala`s team can spend more time exploring solutions specifically for your family. Fees do apply, however family income level will be taken into consideration and fees adjusted accordingly.

Growing Baby
For parents with babies 3 months to 7 months of age. 2 hour workshop. Parents come to gain knowledge, learn from other parents and share their experiences. In this workshop we provide information on the essential developmental changes that are occurring in your child’s brain and how this dramatically impacts on sleep/awake time for everyone. This workshop explores approaches parents can use to make as they move through this exciting and exhausting stage. Babies under 7months welcome to attend.
