Ngala works with employers to support the needs of their workforce' and their families through a range of flexible approaches and available services. Employers find this supports their goals of "Fitness for Work" and "Workforce Retention". Arrangements can be made to provide employees with access to a range of educational services on site or in the communities where they live.
