About this Workshop

For fathers, mothers & carers of children 6 to 12 months

FREE 2 hour workshop

Is your baby having difficulty around sleep?

Ngala's Let's Sleep workshop helps parents understand more about their baby’s sleep. This is a free service that provides parents with information based on current research and gives parents an opportunity to gain and share knowledge with other parents about how their baby grows and develops. Information will be provided on sleep and settling strategies.

Parents are welcome to bring their non-mobile babies 7 months of age or younger into the workshop. However, crèche is available for 0-4year olds in selected locations so please check specific workshops below for crèche availability under workshop information. Unfortunately we cannot allow children older than 7 months in the workshop if crèche is not available.

If applicable, please detail any access requirements in the special instructions section when booking. We will do our best to meet your needs.
