About this Workshop

For parents with babies in the first year of life.
2 hour workshop.

This workshop will explore your child’s developmental readiness to move onto foods in addition to breast and formula milk. 

It covers the impact of nutrition on brain development in the first year of life.

Topics discussed include when to introduce solids, variety, quantity and strategies to establish and encourage long term healthy eating patterns. 

Babies under 7months welcome to attend.

This payment is non refundable; however with 24 hours notice, bookings can be transferred to a later workshop. Please note workshops cannot be booked online within 4 days of a workshop, please telephone education bookings within this time.
