Meet the new CEO of Ngala, Ashley Reid

It gives me great pleasure to introduce myself as the new CEO of Ngala.  With more than twenty years experience across a broad range of community services I am passionate about supporting parents and families to raise healthy, happy children and for the experience of parenting to be positive and enriching.  The diverse range of services provided by Ngala are unique in the state and are in increasingly high demand by families, especially those with complex needs.  The reputation of the organisation as a provider of choice has been established via evidence-led practice, strong research and the development of multidisciplinary teams.  Assisting over 40,000 families a year, Ngala has a well deserved profile as a place of quality care, compassion and professionalism.  In my first few weeks I have had the pleasure of spending time with staff in a range of services and locations and it has been wonderful to hear the passion and commitment so clearly on display.  Feeling much like a new parent, I am greatly looking forward to the next stage of growth and development as we look to the future.  Merry Christmas, have a safe and happy festive season.
