NEW Ngala Webcam Consultations image

Ngala has expanded its Consultations service to now also include consultations online via webcam.  Previously this service was only available from one of our Perth centres or via telephone.

These webcam consultations have been developed to enable West Australians who cannot access a Ngala centre, especially those living in regional and remote areas, to take advantage of this excellent, personalised service.  Consultations are a great way to get an in-depth level of support for individualised strategies, information and education about your early parenting concerns.

Using Skype technology, the webcam consultations will be a great improvement over a telephone call as both the Ngala consultant and family will be able to see one another and interact more comprehensively.  The Ngala consultant will be able to observe your child and how they behave and interact with you and other family members.  Our aim is to make sure you get as much out of the consultations as possible, being able to see who you’re talking to makes communicating just that little bit easier, more comfortable and more friendly.

More information about our Consultations service.

As part of Ngala’s partnership with regional Telecentres, webcams will be supplied to all participating centres so that families can access this new service conveniently and free of charge.  More information about Ngala’s links with Telecentres will be available shortly.

To find out more see Consultations or contact our Helpline.
