Every interaction you have with your little one contributes to their future mental health and sense of self. And the great news is, there are things us parents can do at every age to encourage ongoing positive social and emotional development.
Come and visit us with your little one for a number of free interactive sessions to help you positively bond and engage with your little one.

10am-11.30am: Parent and Child Play Session (18 months to 3 years)
In this interactive session, led by a Ngala child development expert, together we will:
- Explore how play supports wellbeing and development
- Be taken through a guided play that will demonstrate how to positively bond and engage with your little one
- Have the chance to ask questions of the Ngala experts
- Enjoy morning tea and connection with other parents
Each session is limited to 10 groups of parents and children.

12.30pm-2.00pm: ‘Superheroes and Super Dads’ (3 to 5 years)
All fathers and father figures are invited to this interactive art session with Art Therapist Kitsiri De Silva. The first half an hour is dedicated to a chat on the importance of your role as a father or father-figure, before you work with your child to design a life size superhero of your own!
Each session is limited to 10 groups of parents and children.

10am – 2pm: Chat with a Ngala professional.
Throughout the day, the team of Ngala professionals will be available to answer any questions you have about parenting – from sleep and settling a newborn, to helping a pre-teen adjust to school. Drop in any time, no bookings necessary.
