ForWhen is a free parenting helpline which aims to support the mental health of expectant and new parents. This national service is delivered in WA by Ngala and is there to support parents of young babies who need a guiding hand when feeling overwhelmed during in the perinatal period.

ABC is a flexible, 10-session home visiting program, designed to support caregivers in understanding and responding to the needs of their infant and/or toddler.

Child and Parent Centres are innovative hubs that provide free services to local communities, which regularly change in line with the needs of the local community.

DadsWA supports dads to be more involved with their children. Male staff offer workshops and groups for Dads in the Metro area. Come along to talk to other fathers in a friendly and relaxed space.

Help young people aged 11 to 18 years to improve their social, personal and life skills. Our staff work with schools, families and agencies to support young people who may be at risk.

Do you need a safe place to talk? The Geraldton Family Counselling Service (GFCS) gives individual, relationship and family counselling. Each session takes about an hour and needs no referral.

Little Minds Matter is a free one day program to guide parents in raising emotionally healthy children. Each participant will participate in group training, and have a one-on-one assessment with a psychologist on their child’s emotional wellbeing.

MyTime is for parents and carers of children with a disability, developmental delay or chronic medical condition. It’s a place for you to unwind and talk about your experiences. It’s a world away from appointments and therapy. It’s support for you.

Become a more confident and skilled parent. NAPPY is for young mums and dads (up to 25 years) in Rockingham and Coolongup. Join us for a weekly NAPPY playgroup for fun and learning.

Ngala is proud to deliver Our Incredible Parents at our Child and Parent Centre Calista. This is a two-part program based on 30 years of research and is designed to strengthen your parenting skills and promote your little one’s social, emotional and physical development. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to meet other parents.

Are you a parent with a baby in their first year looking for support and connection? Our drop-in Parenting & Playtime Group is here for you! Designed for families with little ones, these weekly sessions provide a welcoming space to build friendships, share experiences, and learn together from early childhood health & educational professionals.

Strong Self Strong Spirit (SSSS) uses strengths-based practices to improve the well-being of children aged 8 – 12 years of age in Geraldton.

Target 120 is a Geraldton and Carnarvon-based program for young people between the ages of 10 – 14 years and their families. The Target 120 program is an early intervention program for at-risk young people and their families to reduce rates of juvenile reoffending.

Thriving Families is free service navigation program that helps at-risk or vulnerable parents and children access supports they would not otherwise be able to access due to financial and referral pathway barriers.
