Monitoring quality

Ngala maintains a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS), in alignment with ISO 9001:2015. This standard has an emphasis on regular review and continual improvement.

We conduct internal and external audits to monitor and review our systems and ways of working against current best practice evidence, as well as relevant legislation and external standards.

This includes the National Safety Quality Health Service (NSQHS) standards in our private hospital and National Quality Standards (NQS) in our early childhood education and care centres.

Ngala staff are proactive in striving to meet and exceed standards and performance measures to improve outcomes for families.
