Workshops: You and Your New Baby

Learn practical skills, tips, and strategies to nurture your child's development, health, and happiness. This workshop is for all parents, family members and/or carers who are expecting a baby and those with a newborn (up to 12 weeks). We explore your baby’s growth and development through your eyes as a new parent and what common adjustments parents can expect when the baby comes along. You will learn effective ways to parent as a team, respond to your baby and develop healthy attachment.
