Looking after Mum’s

Looking after Mum’s is a 4 -week, supportive space dedicated to exploring, nurturing, and celebrating mums’ & female carers. This is a unique opportunity for mums’ & female carers, to take some vital time for themselves, whilst having fun and enjoying self-care activities.

Baby Massage Midwest

Touch, communication, and prolonged eye contact are important elements of bonding. Infant massage encompasses and supports all these vital aspects of bonding. Learn how to massage your baby with a therapeutic and relaxing touch. You will also get the chance to meet and chat with other mums.​

Circle of Security® Parenting™ Midwest

Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) is a FREE 8-session series that focuses on supporting and strengthening parent-child relationships and teaches new ways to understand and respond to your child’s needs. It is based on decades of attachment research, and how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. ​

Parenting Through Grief Midwest

Aims to provide parents with a greater awareness of grief and loss; in particular the grief of children. This information session will provide support and strategies for parents to navigate their way through challenging times amongst their own grief.​​

TLC – Lactation Education Midwest

An information session for expecting mothers, or mums with bubs aged 0 – 12 weeks to learn about breastfeeding in the fourth trimester. We will cover how to tell when breastfeeding is going well for both you and your baby and the steps you can take if it is not. Support partners are also welcome to attend.

Family Yoga Session Midwest

Join us for Family Yoga during the school holidays. These 3 FREE sessions will be adapted to any age and fitness ability, and presented in a playful way to involve movement and mindfulness. No yoga experience necessary. Please bring water bottle, yoga mat for 2 (please let us know if you do not have one), comfy clothes and a big smile.

Keeping Kids in Mind

Keeping Kids in Mind is a 5 week program for separated parents who are experiencing on-going conflict. The program is designed to assist parents to see through their children’s eyes the experience of parental separation and develop greater understanding about how to support children following family separation. These sessions are facilitated by qualified and experienced counsellors.

Bringing Up Great Kids in the first 1000 days

The parenting style experienced in the first 1000 days is critical to the way a child can experience attachment and has an impact on the health and wellbeing outcomes for the child in later life. Bringing Up Great Kids in the first 1000 days is a 5 week program designed to nurture new parents and parents-to-be as you commence your journey to support your new child.
